DAY 1: PHU QUOC ISLAND - HA TIEN (By Boat) - CHAU DOC - 11:00 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Phu Quoc or from the harbor. Transfer to the boat pier to board the Cruiser Express boat to Ha Tien. Afternoon: Arrival in Ha Tien. Transfer to Chau Doc, arriving around 5:00 PM. Overnight stay in Chau Doc. DAY 2: CHAU DOC - CHAM VILLAGE - TRA SU FOREST - CAN THO CITY (B, L) - 7:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel. - 9:30 AM: Visit the Cham minority village. - 11:00 AM: Head to Tra Su Cajuput Forest. Take a motorboat tour to see various bird species, including the rare Indian stork. Lunch in Chau Doc. - 2:00 PM: Depart for Can Tho City. Arrival around 6:30 PM. Overnight stay in Can Tho, free time in the evening. DAY 3: CAN THO - CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET - COOKING CLASS - BIKING - HO CHI MINH CITY (B, L) - 6:30 AM: Breakfast. Morning: Motorboat tour of the Cai Rang Floating Market. Visit a rice noodles making shop, Boat tour with pineapple tasting, Visit the traditional market in the city center, Visit Truc Lam Phuong Nam Zen Monastery. - 12:00 PM: Cooking class with a local chef, followed by lunch. Rest period after lunch, Biking tour along countryside roads. Afternoon: Departure for Ho Chi Minh City.
