Transfers from Airport to Hotel At the airport, either the driver or the airport attendant with a name board will greet the passenger at the exit gate outside the arrival lobby. The passenger will exit through the arrival lobby after clearing quarantine, immigration, baggage pick-up and customs. Since it’s a door-to-door service where the driver will load/unload all of your luggage onto the vehicle, you can travel to your destination safely and comfortably without a worry. Book your transfer with us and enjoy your vacation or business trip smoothly! ***Airport pick-up policy*** Waiting time starts from the scheduled flight arrival (unless another pick-up time is specified in the comment to the booking); In case of flight delay of less than 30 minutes, the start of the waiting period will be postponed by the delay time of the flight; Example: planned arrival time is 13:00, in case of a flight delay by 20 minutes waiting time is shifted to 13:20, and from that time driver must wait for 90 minutes If a flight delay is longer than 30 minutes, waiting time is shifted to 30 minutes after the planned arrival time, it’s necessary to wait for the client within 90 minutes, because the flight can catch up with the delay. In case of the early arrival of the flight, the waiting period starts from the scheduled flight arrival. If the early flight arrival could be tracked, the client has to contact the driver to agree on a new pick-up time.

Important Information

Please provide the details to the operator to get Pick up and Drop off service (Flight number, hotel name) via Email/WhatsApp/Line/Viber. Extra payment will be applied 100.000 VND/hour if the driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time. Infant/child seats unavailable. No pets allow. The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
